The meaning of Consciousness...
Is consciousness the sum of all the parts of the universe and for the individual parts to trust in its ability to know each moment with "self remembering", to empty of all thought and emotion in each moment and simply observe the flow of life and let be?
To let the flow be and participate in the sum of all by offering a vibration, or connection, of love.
The trees, the flowers, the birds, the worms and the stones have that trust... can we?

Self Remembering... what comes to minds when you think of this term regarding your state of being?
Recently, a teacher of mine, Willaru Huayta, made a visit to my home town and spoke about "self remembering". He explained that being present in every moment and standing tall in your center is "self remembering."
My understanding of what he was speaking to is when I am caught up in the roller coaster of my emotions or play along with the drama around me, I lose focus of where my source of love is within me providing clarity in the moment of what really is.
So, something to ponder... what does "self remembering mean to you and how does it show up in your life?
I was on spring break last week and was blessed to visit a part of the country where the land met the sea. Here is a guided meditation of my experience.
"You are standing on the beach facing east. The sun is rising. The sky is turning from a dark indigo to a beautiful yellow and pink. Your feet are sinking into the sand. A gentle breeze is blowing. You take a deep breath, pause, and let it out slow and steady. To the left of you is the land, rolling beach into sand dunes... to the right of you is the ocean, roaring waves crashing into the shore. You sink deeper into the sand as the incoming surf encircles your feet and then retreats back to the source of its power, the collective strength of the whole, taking a part of the calm and peaceful land with it as some of the sand surrenders and is swept away into the sea." ~SAH
