I have acquired a new book that I have been studying to further develop my meditations. It is called Practical Astrology by Samael Aun Weor. morning: 20 minute walk in nature with prayer to Arch Angel, Uriel, through my body and Christ mind for help in moving forward in my life with a new job. 10 minutes of stillness in the center of my labyrinth Bedtime: listened to Insight Timer guided meditation prayed with the mantra "Rusti" for Astral Travel to the gnostic mystery schools. I am blogging my meditation to document my growth on my path to truth for myself and to keep my devotion and diligence in routine. My intention is to walk my talk, as well as to inspire and invite others to walk with me on a journey of creating heaven on earth.
