Good morning friends! A beautiful day out here from what I gather on my morning walk. I ran across a definition of happiness that I thought interesting and want to share with you. How do you feel about this statement in the screen shot I took from the app, Insight Timer?

Inner Truth Mystery School: 8/9/17

My path is full of dangers and decoys... but the law of opposition also fills my path with beauty and blessings. My eye sees the dangers and decoys, but my heart feels the beauty and blessings. I respect, observe and learn from my egos, but choose to feed the love.

Through my experiences I have come to understand that my heart temple is the gateway, altar, to my nirvana... my peace. As the saying, "Live in the world, not of it"... on a microcosmic level... "Live in your heart, not of it." I allow it be the gateway to my peace... the center... the Wuji that lays between the law of opposition. How does the Law of Opposition show up for you... teach you... guide you?

Meditation Practice: 8/7/17

A phrase within a prayer I say, "Let pain bring due reward of light and love." There is pain in remembering myself, my past, my debts/trespassing upon others. Is it easier to forget, to let be, to ignore... or in doing that, does the pain grow deeper, bigger and stronger. If I remember my past and accept and take responsibility for the things I have done, pain I have caused... resolution can be found for all. I can forgive myself, remedy or fix the things I can and let go of the pain to live in the light and love of today.

Is Self Remembering the way to inner nirvana... to peace?
