Warm up consisted of Shaolin's Qigong: lifting the sky nourishing kidneys separating waters merry-go-round Reurned to the basics with a review of the Tia Chi walking with an introduction to the Tai Chi Easy five form arm gestures only Finished class with Qi facelift and self massage with guided imagery and meditation, gratitude prayer and the Shaolin Salute. Tonight at Tai Chi class we warmed up with some grounding meditation and Shaolin's Qigong: Lifting Sky, Nourishing Kidneys, Merry-Go-Round. There were lots of questions regarding technique and purpose of gestures. Very appreciated.
Tai Chi involved review of the Tai Chi Walk and introduction of the Tai Chi Easy 5 form arm movements. We finished class with the Qi Facelift and imagery meditation. Thank you to all for participating in the fun! From every droplet of water in the air to the stars in the sky, there is beauty. I am part of the beauty, walking a fine line with a careful step along a beautiful path helping to choreograph the plan on Earth.
Right now, I'm working on walking the line of awareness, eliminating reaction to gain understanding and forgiveness. What is your part in the plan? New semester began at the Tai Chi Center of Madison, Sept. 6-Dec. 20 (no class Thanksgiving week, Nov. 22). I will be teaching Shaolin's 18 Lohan Hands with gentle imagery meditation and self massage. Thanks to all who joined us last night!
