What would your day look like if you turned your light around onto yourself? To make your health and happiness your first priority? If you spent time in the moment watching yourself and how you interact with those around you and your community... would it shed some light on some influences you are feeling from self reactions, from others or the environment?
What does it mean to be a love Alchemist? Turn hate into love?Dark into light? Bad into good? Take the combination of both and blend them into neutral? By observing the polarities with what is going on around me... how am I going to sit in my center through the duality of this life. How am I going to practice self love without fear of the past and future. Hold faith of the plan here on earth and help it with radiating my self love to others in the world. In other words, I watch myself so I am not mean/spiteful and not punish myself or others for stepping outside of my delusional expectations. Let the universe rule and allow myself to enjoy the ride. 😁 So, to help myself in this endeavor, I am going to say a mantra of "hom soc" with a deep breath in (saying to myself, "hom" and a slow exhalation out (saying "soc" every time I am feeling anxiety or anger, judgement or control. This will bring me back into my center (turning the light around) and see myself (ego) for what it is and what it is telling me and be conscious in my response instead of a reaction. I did this practice years ago and stepped away from it, going back to my analyzing brain trying to make sense of why I reacted the way I did. I want to give this mantra another try and let go of needing to know why and just be. So, I share my journey with you as just information. Find use for it or not, we all have our own journeys and I honor yours! Peace be with you all.
