Blogging my meditation routine to record my daily exploration and growth on my path. Sharing my journey with you to perhaps inspire you to start or strengthen your meditation routine to begin and end your day with intentions of love and light.
Saturday morning: A harmonious walk with my family. I call this "practical meditation." Being in the middle of earth and sky, letting the mind go and settling into the observation of nature around me, connecting to my body and deepening my breath into a rhyme, enjoying the company of husband and child... harmony and balance into wholeness of self, with others on this Earth. I find doing the dishes can also be a meditation... being in mind focus, enjoying the silence, settling into my heart space and enjoying the rhythm of washing each dish with the circular motions and warm water.
