Meditation Practice: 5/31/17

I am blogging my daily meditation practice to record and share my exploration of my inner truth and keep me diligent in my routine. Perhaps it will inspire devotion and awareness in new or similar concepts within your practice of seeking ultimate love and light.

Morning meditation:

20 minute walk listening to the songs of the neighborhood birds, feeling the cold winds, smelling the lilacs, seeing the purple bearded irises.

5 min of stillness at the center of my labyrinth
10 min of Qigong, lifting the sky and WuWei
5 min of Tai Chi Easy 9 form, left and right

Journal: To know the beauty of this earth through the illusions of this world is magic.

Anger has been replaced with Compassion. The magic of the realization of honoring a loved one's path by applying self love and self respect by stepping outside of the effects of that person's choices and allowing the love to still flow between us.
