Monday night's class consisted of Shaolin Qigong warm up: Lifting Sky, Big Windmill, Deep Knee Bending and Presenting Claws with WuWei (non-action movement) separating each form.
For the Tia Chi portion of class, we walked across the floor to review the Tai Chi Walk and then practiced the Tai Chi Easy form. We ended class with an introduction of the Integral Tai Chi Nine Form and our Qi Face Lift. Class was concluded with a reading from the Tao Te Ching: Thirty Five: All men will come to him who keeps to the one, For there lie rest and happiness and peace. Passersby may stop for music and good food, But a description of the Tao Seems without substance or flavor. It cannot be seen, it cannot be heard, And yet it cannot be exhausted.
