Hello Fellow Qi Cultivators!
Tonight's 7:15.m. class in Monona will mirror last night's Perennial Yoga's class in case anyone missed it or wants a review: a share of Essential oil and continuing our work with the Three Treasures (otherwise known as the Three Intentful Corrections) Breath, Body and Mind.We will review the Vitality Method Qigong that was introduced last week as a warm up to our Shaolin Qigong practice: Lifting the Sky, Connection to the energies of the Heavens and Earth Big Windmill, arm strength, internal organs massage Deep Knee Bending, Lower body strength, opening leg meridians (energy channels) draining out negative energy into the Earth Presenting Claw: May help with digestion, feelings of anxiety. Tai Chi portion of the class will involve review and deepening understanding of the Tai Chi Easy 5 form. Class will be concluded with the Qi Facelift and a reading from the Tao Te Jing All are invited to join us for an experience and practice in this mindfulness moving meditation.
