class on Monday was a return to the beginning with the first three Lohan gestures from the Shaolin lineage:
Liftinng the Sky
Pushing Mountains
Carrying the Moon

We practiced our Tai Chi walk across the floor multiple times and ran through the upper body/arm gestures of the five form Tai Chi Easy on the right and left sides.

We ended class with the Qi face lift and read from the Tao Te Ching.

The oil gift was Lemongrass essential oil.

Thanks to all who joined us. It was a pleasure practicing with you.

Hi!

I’m Josie Moore and I’m part of the writing team over at the The Art of Living Retreat Center. We are a meditation center on a beautiful hilltop in Boone, North Carolina, offering a place to rest, unwind and rejuvenate. It is our goal to provide a space and many different wellness programs to those who want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, and help them relax and reenergize while taking in a magnificent view of the Blue Ridge Mountains.

We thought we could bring your readers a piece of that by sharing our articles with you. Our blog has a lot of articles that aim to help bring peace and serenity to the soul, as well as helpful tips to keep your mind and body healthy and nourished. Here’s one article that you can take a look at:

Qigong for the Heart & Mind
https://artoflivingretreatcenter.org/blog/qigong_heart-mind/

If you agree to partner with us, we could send you a new article every week, and once you’ve published them, my team would work at promoting your link and help your site gain more traction.

Do you think this is something you can publish on <nurturingearthwheel.com>? Would love to hear what you think.

Thank you,
Josie
