Began class with guided meditation and imagery.
Warm up consisted of Shaolin's Qigong: lifting the sky nourishing kidneys separating waters merry-go-round Reurned to the basics with a review of the Tia Chi walking with an introduction to the Tai Chi Easy five form arm gestures only Finished class with Qi facelift and self massage with guided imagery and meditation, gratitude prayer and the Shaolin Salute.
