”I really wasn't sure what to expect at first, but even with the first [Qi Gong] class, I knew I had stumbled onto something that would be with me for a long time. Sarah is an amazing Teacher who imparts her wisdom and calmness on everyone in class and is really interested in helping people move their bodies and energy. I look forward to this class every week. So far, Qi Gong has taught me how to trust my intuition and enjoy myself (body, mind, spirit) on various levels. I can't recommend this class, or Sarah Harrison, enough. Just try it once and you'll see.” -R.F.
